We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you of the extension and the reason.

10. Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not:

  • Deny goods or services
  • Charge different prices or rates
  • Provide a different level or quality of services
  • Suggest you will receive different prices or quality of services

11. Shine the Light Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

12. Minors Under 16

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
